Before After
The vendor of this property contacted us directly during the Summer of 2020 concerning the sale of this lovely cottage, which had been on the rental market for a number of years. The vendor had decided to sell the property and wanted it to look its absolute best to attract interest and help viewers and prospective buyers to see it at its finest.
Dressing this property with stylish furniture and accessories helped viewers to firstly see the potential in the cottage, in addition visualise their own furniture in each room and how best to place this.
We staged this property towards the end of October 2020 and offers were accepted mid November 2020.
There was incredible interest from the offset, and we were thrilled to hear when he accepted an offer less than three weeks later.
The vendor spent 1% of the guide price on staging costs, and this is what he had to say:
"I found Chanelle a true professional running a truly professional company. She was always on time for both appointments and when dressing the house. The house itself was an 18th century cottage with a newer extension. The house was so beautifully dressed with both old and new furniture to suit the house. She took many lovely photos which were used by the selling agent. Every comment of the people who viewed the house commented how beautiful the house was furnished , and it sold in less than three weeks. I would certainly recommend Zest Home Staging with five stars"
