The vendor approached us to stage their family home in preparation for placing on the property market. Having seen many of our previous stages this vendor had full confidence and could see the value that staging their property would add.
As the vendor was still occupying the property we were able to use a large proportion of their furniture and just add small changes to restyle and bring a fresh look in preparation for the launch on the market.
The property sold for 98% of asking price within 1 week of staging and our vendor only spent 0.5% of the asking price on staging costs.
