A small development of 2, four bedroom houses in the beautiful village of Dymock.
These two beautiful properties were initially marketed empty but were not attracting any potential buyers.
Viewers struggle to visualise themselves in an empty property as this does not best reflect the potential each room holds. Potential buyers have to consider where they will place their belongings in your property. When we stage we give them a practical example, that is both very helpful and beautiful. After we had dressed these properties, both sold producing great results for this developer.
