This property is one of a twelve stylish luxury apartments in a beautifully renovated historic building in Malvern.

We were instructed by our client to stage the Show Home in this development in early December 2020, it gained a lot of interest and we were thrilled for our client when a few of the apartments received offers on them within a couple of weeks of the Show Home being dressed.

This client spent just over 1% of the sale price on staging this apartment, such a positive return for their investment.

We have recently moved the Show Home to another apartment within this development and are excited to see how this will impact sales of the remaining apartments.
