We met the developers of this gorgeous development mid 2020, and were excited to see this wonderful development on the outskirts of Herefordshire.
The developers were interested in, yet, slightly apprehensive about staging one of the three unique properties on this gorgeous, high end development. Not quite sure whether it would be necessary. After meeting with us and our initial consultation the developer could see the potential of what can be achieved with a small investment, a little vision, and our creative influence.
We were over the moon that this experience had completely changed how they viewed staging, and they sold all three properties on site within a month.
The first property sold within only TWO DAYS!!
