Initially the developer connected with us on the recommendation of the Estate Agents as two of the larger properties on the development were taking a while to sell.
Staging empty properties helps buyers to visualize the potential of the property and themselves and their belongings in each room.

This property had been sat on the market for over a year, previous to our staging, the asking price had been lowered and the developer what at a loss as what to do next. The developer instructed us to stage the first property which then sold within only one week. Following a plot change the final property sold within a month of being dressed. The developer spent 1% of the guide price on staging two show homes on the development.
