The vendor of this property contacted us from overseas with a view to stage for either the sale or rental market but wanted to ensure that they could achieve the best price possible.
The vendor instructed us to oversee this project both managing the stage and liaising with the Estate Agent with details of when the property would be ready to market.
The property had been occupied by the previous owner for many years, subsequently we recommended painting and replacing carpets in a couple of the rooms, and the results were just fantastic.
