We received the initial enquiry on the 15th January 2021, from a developer that we have previously worked for on another project in Worcester. Following a consultation at the property we agreed that we could complete the stage of the property promptly and installed this on the 26th January.

The property had previously been rented and required staging in preparation for launching onto the sales market. We were able to dress the property with stylish pieces of furniture and simple accessories to create a stylish, fresh, atmosphere, ready to impress the viewers.

The property went live on the market on the 8th of February 2021 and we are thrilled that it sold only 11 Days later for very close to the asking price!!
