This beautiful detached 5 bedroom cottage in Shucknall, Hereford was empty for almost a year when the Estate agent recommended we get in touch with the vendor.

Initially placed on the market in June 2017, the vendor had lowered the price by 5%, and after 7 months with little interest and no offers, the vendor was tempted to lower the price by a further 5%, hoping to generate some interest and ultimately a sale.

When we had our initial consultation the vendor was feeling very discouraged that the property had not sold. We recommended they stage the entire property before lowering the asking price again.

The vendor instructed us to stage and we are thrilled that the property Sold for ASKING Price less one week LATER!!

The vendor spent 1% of the asking price on staging costs.
