The vendor of this property wanted to sell their property for the best price in the quickest time frame. We staged just before Christmas 2020, and the vendor chose to have their property launched on Boxing Day to get the biggest impact on one of Rightmove's busiest days.

Following our initial consultation we advised the vendor to make some simple changes in preparation for the stage date, this helps to keep stage time and budget at a very competitive rate.

The stage took our team just one day in the property, moving furniture to make sure we maximise the space. Adding some accessories and a few pieces of additional furniture helped to create a fresh look for the apartment. Once completed we photographed the property and it was ready for the agent just a day later.

We were thrilled when this property sold for 1% OVER asking price only two weeks after it went live. As they had furniture in the property already, and only needed accessories, the vendors only spent 0.5% of the asking price on Staging.
